Established in 1977, Charlene's School of Dance now known as CSOD's Dance Empire, is the premier award-winning dance studio in Spring Hill, Florida. Over the past 46 years, C.S.O.D has received a multitude of State and National Awards including Best Technique, Best Choreography, Best Presentation, Best Precision, Best Emotional Execution, and Best Costume to name a few. C.S.O.D. students have earned hundreds of Platinum and Overall Awards for both dance groups and soloists. C.S.O.D. has developed and trained over 20 teachers, many opening their own studios. C.S.O.D has been invited to perform in countries such as Poland, Spain, and the Soviet Union. In the U.S.A. they have performed in Las Vegas, Walt Disney World, Nashville, Orlando, Pennsylvania, Chicago, and New Orleans. Former students have been and are now working in Las Vegas, New York, The Moulin Rouge in France, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Buccaneer Cheerleaders, on the Broadway stages, and on multiple cruise liners throughout the world. CSOD's Dance Empire is a God-centered studio that stresses technique, discipline, and performance quality in a loving, fun, and exciting atmosphere.
